Language is a tool of communication for human. Men attempt to use language as maximal as possible to send ideas to other people. This relates closely with the expertise in which he/she is involving. So those who are active in politics, language is the tool to send political ideas. Therefore, politicians try to use the language effectively to send their ideas, including to gain people's support.
